News Releases BCPC Publications 19 September 2008 BCPC (the British Crop Production Council) is pleased to confirm that following successful negotiations it has purchased the assets of BCPE Ltd from the Receiver of the company. These include the stock of books, on-line publications and facilities at the offices in Alton, Hampshire. BCPC is the copyright holder of a range of publications, including the Pesticide Manual, the Sprayer Operator Handbook Series, the Manual of Bio Control Agents and the UK Pesticide Guide (owned jointly with CABI). This purchase enables BCPC to publish, market, sell and distribute these internationally and nationally important publications. During 2009 BCPC will be launching new and revised editions of several of its titles. The first of these will be the 2009 edition of the UK Pesticide Guide and updates to the on-line version www.plantprotection.co.uk, both of which are planned for January 2009. BCPC will announce new publications and the publication dates for new editions of other titles in due course.
