News Releases 20 July 2006 BCPC welcomes Government's response to Royal Commission's report on crop spraying The British Crop Production Council (BCPC) welcomes the Government's response to the Royal Commission's report which was published today (20 July 2006). "It is measured and proportionate," commented Dr John Fisher, chief executive, BCPC. "On several significant issues, the Government's response reflects the views expressed by BCPC itself. It also reflects many of the opinions presented by the independent commentators who contributed to the review of the RCEP report which BCPC organised last November during its Congress in Glasgow," added Dr Fisher. |
