About the Exhibition & the Exhibitors

All organisations involved in the supply of goods and services to the crop protection industry are invited to exhibit, in particular:

• Manufacturers of laboratory equipment and diagnostic aids
• Formulators and suppliers of basic materials
• Computer specialists – both hard- and soft-ware
• Publishers and suppliers of scientific publications
• Packaging and labelling specialists
• Trials and field application equipment suppliers
• Registration consultants and marketing organisations

• A copy of the Conference delegate list with names and addresses given in full
• One preferential Conference registration fee per booked exhibition stand; for 1999 this will be £240
• The opportunity to distribute your company press releases via the Conference press room
• The establishment of a hypertext link from the listing of booked exhibitors to your own web site
• The chance to sponsor any of the 1999 Brighton Conference Commercial Opportunity items

The shell scheme is built using ‘Click’ modular system consisting of aluminium uprights and cross rails. Corner sites will be open on two sides. Multiple stands will have dividing walls removed, however front uprights, fascia and ceiling structure will remain.

Height:
2.4 metres - back and sides walls.

Wall Covering:
Grey textured fabric which accepts velco fixings

Fascia Panel:
0.25 metre deep fascia at the front of the stand, ceiling grid to the rear. Each stand will be supplied with the Exhibitor's name and stand numbers incorporated in the front fascia.

Electrics:
1 x 5ft fluorescent light fitting or two spotlights and 1 x 4 amp socket.
