HOW TO REGISTER

To register for the 1999 Brighton Conference - Weeds, simply fill in and return the Delegate Registration Form
THE MONDAY SYMPOSIUM


Delegates wishing to attend the Monday Symposium, International Crop Protection: Achievements and Ambitions, need to register on the Delegate Registration Form. The registration fee is £50 and entitles the delegate to:

  • attend The Monday Symposium only

  • a copy of the Proceedings of The Monday Symposium
THE BRIGHTON CONFERENCE

All those registering as a delegate for The 1999 Brighton Conference - Weeds will be entitled to:

  • attend all sessions during the three days of the Conference

  • a set of the three volume Conference Proceedings

  • a list of Conference Delegates

  • all Conference documentation

  • tea and coffee during the morning and afternoon breaks

  • attend the Civic Reception

Students* £75.00

* A limited number of places are available to students on recognised crop protection, or relevant courses, or those undertaking postgraduate research projects. Applications supported by a letter from the Head of Department will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

The Student registration fee does not include a set of Conference Proceedings. However, a voucher worth £25 is included which can be put towards their purchase from the BCPC Bookstall during the Conference.

All registration fees are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Any subsequent increase will be charged accordingly. SPECIAL CONFERENCE DINNER
All delegates are invited to attend the Special Conference Dinner to be held on Tuesday 16 November in the Brighton Metropole Hotel

Tickets at £55 are bookable in advance (tables of 10 reservable) by using the Delegate Registration Form BASIS PROFESSIONAL REGISTER
This conference is registered with the BASIS Professional Register scheme and carries an allocation of 2 to 5 day points
PAYMENT
Payments must be made by cheque or bankers draft drawn on any UK bank in pounds sterling, payable to British Crop Protection Enterprises Ltd. Payment may also be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Eurocard. Eurocheques in pounds sterling are also acceptable up to a maximum of £700.

CANCELLATION
If you must, for any reason, cancel your registration to the Conference you should notify the Conference Secretariat in writing by 15 October 1999. A full refund (minus £85 processing fee) will be issued. However no cancellations will be accepted, or refunds issued, after 15 October 1999. Substitutions are welcome at any time, but details must be given in writing.
