Exhibitor Forms

All organisations involved in the supply of goods and services to the crop protection industry are invited to exhibit, in particular:

Manufacturers and suppliers of crop protection products

Organisations involved in biotechnology and the developments of GMOs

Formulators and suppliers of basic materials

Manufacturers of laboratory equipment and diagnostic aids

Computer specialists – both hard- and soft-ware

Publishers and suppliers of scientific publications

Packaging and labelling specialists

Trials and field application equipment suppliers

Registration consultants and marketing organisations

In addition, non-profit making organisations that advise, train or educate members of the crop protection industry are also eligible to exhibit. A number of stands have been specifically reserved for such organisations.

		Exhibitor Incentives

By booking a stand at the Ninth Trade Services Exhibition, exhibitors can benefit from the following additional incentives:

A copy of the Conference delegate list with names and addresses featured in full
One preferential Conference registration fee per exhibitor; for 2001 this will be £260
Facility to place press releases in the press room
Hypertext web link from the Trade Services Exhibition web pages to your own web site

		Exhibition Plan

The Trade Services Exhibition will be held within Exhibition Hall 7 of the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel. This is a very central location and is surrounded by the three platform presentation rooms, the poster displays and the Scientific & Education Exhibition.

		Stand Prices & Availability

All stands are now booked for the Ninth Trade Services Exhibition.
Companies wishing to exhibit at the BCPC Conference 2002 should advise Geoff Beaumont, Trade Services Exhibition Manager of their interest. Early booking is advised.

Organisations are advised to read the Terms and Conditions prior to booking a stand.

		Payment

Exhibitors will be invoiced twice: 50% on acceptance of stand application and the 50% balance due for payment by 31 July 2001. Payment is required in full for stands booked after 31 May 2001.

		Exhibitors Manual

A technical manual will be sent after receipt of the 50% balance payment.

		Technical Information

Exhibitors have the option of taking either a 'space only' or a 'shell scheme' site, however, the price per square metre includes the cost of the shell scheme and is non-negotiable.

The shell scheme is built using ‘Click’ modular system consisting of aluminium uprights and cross rails. Corner sites will be open on two sides. Multiple stands will have dividing walls removed, however front uprights, fascia and ceiling structure will remain.

Height
2.4 metres - back and sides walls.
Wall Covering
Grey textured fabric which accepts Velcro fixings
Fascia Panel
0.25 metre deep fascia at the front of the stand, ceiling grid to the rear. Each stand will be supplied with the exhibitor's name and stand number incorporated in the front fascia.
Electrics
1 x 5ft fluorescent light fitting or two spotlights and 1 x 4 amp electric socket.
