is therefore much demand for meeting room and entertainment facilities.
BCPC has reserved facilities, not only within the SECC, but also within
several of the onsite and city centre hotels.

Hotels Adjacent to the SECC
The Moat House Hotel is adjacent to the SECC and is linked directly to the Area where the BCPC Seminars will be held. This is the Congress headquarters hotel and offers a wide range of meeting rooms and suites. In addition, a number of specially constructed meeting booths will be available for hire which will provide flexible meeting space in close proximity to the BCPC Seminars. As suites at the Moat House are likely to sell out very rapidly, early booking is highly recommended.
The City Inn Hotel is located next to the SECC and proved to be very popular with companies attending the BCPC Congress last year. The hotel is modern in style and is able to offer several purpose built meeting rooms.
Hotels in the City Centre
Situated in the heart of the city, within minutes of each other are the Marriott Hotel, the Hilton Hotel and the Milton Hotel . They are approximately 15 minutes walk, or a five minute taxi ride away from the SECC. Demand for these three hotels is also expected to be high and space will be offered on a first come first served basis.
The Marriott Hotel
This four star hotel situated right in the city centre offers an excellent variety of purpose built meeting rooms for companies wishing to be close to both the city and the SECC. Suites vary in size and can accommodate from 10 to 40 people. The Marriott is able to cater for a wide selection of your hospitality needs from formal meetings to receptions.
The Hilton Hotel
The Hilton is Glasgow ’s premier five star hotel in a prime location (five minutes walk from the city centre) and has excellent facilities for all guests. The hotel has a number of purpose built hospitality suites. All suites can be arranged to suite your needs, whether this be informal meetings, boardroom style or a reception.
The Milton Hotel & Leisure Club
The Milton Hotel offers both purpose built meeting rooms and split level apartments. The purpose-built meeting rooms are able to accommodate a minimum of 25 people in a boardroom setting. These are excellent suites for companies wishing to hold a larger reception or meeting. The split-level apartments contain a sleeping area on the mezzanine level and a lounge area at ground level, which is ideal for smaller meetings.
