The Package
Our hospitality suite package offers exciting promotional and advertising opportunities, only available to those companies booking suites and meeting rooms directly with BCPC. The package for 2004 includes:

• Directional signage to your hospitality suite and meeting booths listing on the official hospitality suite signs at key locations around the venue;
• Publication of your room/suite number in the official BCPC Seminars Programme and Exhibition Catalogue;
• Provision of lists of all pre-registered delegates at the BCPC Seminars, available six, four and two weeks prior to the event;
• Notification of your hospitality suite on the BCPC Seminars website and viewable at the on-site Cyber Café in the BCPC Exhibition area;
• Facility to set up a two-way hyperlink between the BCPC Seminars website and your own company website;
• A comprehensive manual providing information and booking forms to assist with your planning and obtaining goods and services for your hospitality suite;
• Two reduced rate registrations to the BCPC Seminars which include a copy of the Seminars abstracts CD;
• Invitations to the Civic Welcome Reception;
• The right for you to use the phrase 'in conjunction with The BCPC Seminars - Crop Science & Technology 2004' and BCPC Seminars logo, on all your seminars-associated promotional material;
• A 10% discount on all sponsorship package prices.

Hospitality suite manuals – NOW AVAILABLE ON-LINE
Companies who have booked a hospitality suite can now access the hospitality suite manuals on-line. In each hotel section below is the relevant manual available in Word format and as a PDF along with other relevant downloadable documents and maps.

Meeting Booths
New for 2004, are specially constructed meeting booths. Conveniently located in Hall 1 these meeting booths are ideal for companies wishing to entertain clients and conduct private business meetings.

The meeting booths are available for hire for the three-day duration of the Seminars. Each booth is constructed with sound-absorbing walls and range in size from 10sqm to 16 sqm. The package included lighting, a table and chairs – extra items can be organised directly with the contractors. In addition there will be an exclusive bar within Hall 1 to assist with entertainment. Suite Availability
All suites will be sold for a minimum three-day package and will include the full hospitality suite benefits listed above. Suites that are still available, as of August 2004, are listed below. Details of already booked suites are available here.

Please note that it is not possible to remove furniture from the suites.

The Marriott Hotel ****
Right in the City Centre and offering and excellent selection of purpose built meeting rooms. Pick up and drop off point for the BCPC shuttle bus.

The Milton Hotel and Leisure Centre ****
The Milton Hotel offers both purpose built meeting rooms and split level and studio apartments. The split level apartments contain a sleeping area on the mezzanine level and a lounge area at ground level. Pick up and drop off point for the BCPC shuttle bus.
