Hospitality Suite and meeting booth reservation form Payment terms and conditionsThe return of this form will provisionally hold the requested hospitality suite or meeting booth for you. However, until the returned contract and payment has been received within 21 days of issue of the invoice, BCPE is not liable to continue holding your reservation. For hospitality suites or meeting booths booked before 31 March 2004 , the client must pay BCPE a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 21 days of BCPE issuing an invoice, with the balance payable by 31 August 2004 . For hospitality suites or meeting booths booked on, or after, 31 March 2004 , the client must pay BCPE the full cost within 21 days of issue of BCPE’s invoice. The balance of the hire fee must be paid in full by 31 August 2004 . Access to suites and booths will not be granted unless proof is received by the organisers that payment has been made in full. |
