The BCPC Crop Science and Technology Conference at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), Glasgow, UK is the annual meeting place for the global crop protection industry. It includes the leading trade exhibition for suppliers to the industry worldwide.

This year BCPC is hosting the XV1th International Plant Protection Congress, which is expected to attract a record number of visitors. Exhibition stands and hospitality booths, literature stands and sponsorship opportunities provide a range of marketing platforms at the conference venue.

The Exhibition and Hospitality runs from 11.00 on Monday 15 October 2007 until 15.30 on Wednesday 17 October 2007, and covers the full range of service and product suppliers to the worldwide crop production and crop protection industries. These include contract research manufacture and formulation, agrochemical active ingredients, adjuvents and finished products, bio-pesticides and bio-stimulants, plant nutrients, sprayers and application equipment, product packaging, publications and information services/systems.

New products - and particularly those with novel effects - are one of the key features of the Exhibition. New companies continue to be attracted to this unique gathering - over one-third of all exhibitors were new in 2006. Over fifteen countries are represented, emphasising the international reputation of the event.

A key feature of the XVIth IPPC Congress and Exhibition will be a Civic Reception for all delegates and exhibitors, to be held at 18.00 hrs in the Exhibition Hall on Monday 15 October. This will significantly extend and enhance the opportunity for Exhibitors to showcase their offerings to delegates, and there will also be an opportunity for Exhibitors to invite selected guests to this key event.

Entrance to the Exhibition is free to all registered visitors.
