Exhibition visitors

The BCPC Exhibition is free of charge to all visitors. For security reasons, visitors are required to register. This can either be on the door on the day, or in advance by completing an Exhibition registration form.

Visa applications

If you require a visa to be able to attend and would like an invitation letter to help with your application, you must register to attend the event. There may be an administration fee for the letter which will need to be paid before it is issued. If an invitation letter is required please make sure that this is stated on the registration form at the point of registration. We are unable to guarantee delivery to applicants in time if requested after Friday 17 October 2008.
