The hospitality suite package includes
- Official Seminars directional signage for your hospitality suite and listing on official hospitality suite signs situated in key locations around the venue;
- Acknowledgement and notification of your room/suite number in the official Seminars Programme and Exhibition catalogue;
- The list of all pre-registered delegates at the seminars who have consented to this disclosure of their details (with addresses, telephone and fax numbers) will be sent to you six, four and two weeks prior to the event;
- Notification of your hospitality suite on the seminars website which may also be viewed at the on-site Cyber Café;
- The opportunity for you to set up a two way hyperlink between the seminars website and your own website;
- A comprehensive manual providing information and booking forms to assist with your planning and advise you where to obtain goods and services for your hospitality suite;
- Two reduced rate registrations for the seminars;
- The right for you to use the phrase: ‘in conjunction with The BCPC 2008 Congress Seminars and Commercial Events’ on your seminars-associated promotional material provided that this is not likely to damage the reputation of BCPE or the seminars;
- A 10% discount on all sponsorship package prices, which can be made available on request.

Hospitality booths
The booths are situated within the Exhibition Hall so your organisation would also have maximum exposure for potential meetings with visitors, of which there was over 1,500 which attending the exhibition in 2007. The meeting booths are constructed with sound absorbing walls and package includes lighting, table and chairs as standard. Extra items can be ordered directly with the suppliers.
