Payment terms and conditions
For Meeting Booths booked before 30 April 2008, you must pay BCPE a deposit of 50% of the total Cost set out above within 21 days of BCPE issuing an invoice, failure to do so may jeopardize your booking. The balance will be invoiced on receipt of initial 50%. For Hospitality Suites booked on or after 30 April 2008, you must pay BCPE the full Cost within 21 days of issue of BCPE’s invoice.
