What's New in 2005
The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), Glasgow is a spacious and well-appointed venue and together with the Moat House Hotel, provides the focal point for commercial activities, centred around the Exhibition and Hospitality areas.
Following significant expansion in recent years, the BCPC exhibition will be moving to the even larger and more flexible facilities of Hall 5 of the SECC.
In addition to the Exhibition, its 4,000 square metres of space with associated restaurant facilities will accommodate an enlarged area of Hospitality Booths. It will also house the Congress Poster sessions, stimulating an increased flow of delegates and visitors through the Exhibition.

The Exhibition
The BCPC Exhibition is recognised as the prime international event of its type with stands and displays and over 100 exhibitors.
It attracts well over 2,000 visitors from over 70 countries, including those in all branches of the agrochemical industry; senior representatives of government bodies, research establishments, advisory services and many other organisations concerned with all aspects of crop protection, crop production and the environment.
The exhibition and associated hospitality facilities provide an unique, concentrated three-day trading platform, with unparalleled opportunities to:
- Strengthen current customer relationships;
- Access key buyers, specifiers and partners;
- Promote and increase sales leads and orders for products or services;
- Make new business contacts;
- Keep up-to-date with information in today’s fast-changing crop protection and production marketplace.
Whether you are a large or small enterprise, the exhibition allows you to conduct business face-to-face with key decision makers. The international gathering enables you to reach a large proportion of the marketplace in a very short space of time, avoiding the costs of travelling to numerous potential customers or suppliers.
