Register for the Congress

All those registering as a Congress delegate will be entitled to:

• Attend all sessions of the Congress
• A set of the Congress Proceedings
• Access to a list of all Congress delegates
• Access to the BCPC Exhibition and the Cyber Café
• Tea and coffee during the morning and afternoon breaks
• Attend the Civic Reception

Congress delegate rates

*A limited number of places are available to students on relevant courses, or post-graduate researchers. Registrations must be supported by a letter from the Head of Department. The fee does not include a set of Congress Proceedings. However, a voucher worth £25 is included which can be put towards their purchase from the BCPC Book Shop

All registration fees are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% at the prevailing rate.

Register for Focus on Food
All those wishing to attend 'Focus on Food' can attend either or both sessions. Now Closed.

The Registration fee includes:

• Tea and Coffee on arrival and during the afternoon break, plus the networking buffet lunch.
• A post-Forum copy of the speakers' PowerPoint presentations.
• Access to the BCPC Exhibition and Cyber Café.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your registration you should notify the Congress Secretariat in writing by 10 October 2003. A full refund (minus £85 processing fee) will be issued. However, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds issued, after 10 October 2003. Substitutions are welcome but details must be sent to the organisers in writing.
