To celebrate ten highly successful years of the Trade Services Esxhibition, held during the annual BCPC Conference in Brighton, the format is once again undergoing an evolution.

Historically the Trade Services Exhibition and the Scientific & Educational Exhibition have been organised and held as separate activities. For 2002, the two events will be completely integrated and the combined event, now simply to be called the BCPC Exhibition, will be held in both Hall 7 and the main thoroughfare of the Durham Room of the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel.

Attached is a pdf version of this year's Exhibition Stand Booking (Adobe Acrobat PDF document 221kb) brochure.

You will need Acrobat Reader to access this file. You can download the latest free version direct from http://www.adobe.com - that is if you do not have it on your system already.

 The Exhibition

The BCPC Exhibition has now become a well established and integral part of the BCPC Conference in Brighton.

This international event will attract over 3,000 senior representatives of government bodies, research establishments, advisory services, agricultural distribution and contracting services, plant breeding and other organisations concerned with all aspects of crop protection and the environment.

The BCPC Exhibition gives exhibitors an ideal opportunity to make contact with a very wide range of individuals from the global crop protection industry.

Entry to the Exhibition is free of charge and ALL visitors attending any event in Brighton are welcome.

All exhibitors and visitors will be required to register and gain a badge prior to entry.

 The Venue

All aspects of the BCPC Conference Pests & Diseases 2002, including the BCPC Exhibition, will be held under one roof at the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel. The BCPC Exhibition is in a very central location, as the room plan (Adobe Acrobat PDF document 48kb) attached shows.

You will need Acrobat Reader to access this file. You can download the latest free version direct from http://www.adobe.com - that is if you do not have it on your system already.

 The Exhibitors

All organisations involved in the supply of goods and services to the crop protection industry are invited to exhibit.

Non-profit making organisations that advise, train or educate members of the crop protection industry are also eligible to exhibit. A number of stands have been specifically reserved for such organisations.
If you are eligible for a scientific and educational stand contact Dr Colin Ruscoe, Exhibition Director for further details and availability.
